Three-Course Meal Magic: A Deliciously Simple Guide 🍴

Planning a dinner party or just want to treat yourself? Here's a straightforward guide to crafting a killer three-course meal that's sure to impress.


Course 1: Starter

- Grilled Veggie Bruschetta

    - 4-6 baguette slices, toasted

    - 1 zucchini, 1 bell pepper, 6 cherry tomatoes (grilled and diced)

    - 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic glaze, 50g crumbled feta cheese     

Salt, pepper, and fresh basil for taste

- Instructions:

    1. Grill veggies with 1 tbsp olive oil until tender.

    2. Top toasted baguette with veggies, drizzle with balsamic glaze, and sprinkle feta.


Course 2: Main

- Pan-Seared Chicken with Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    - 2 chicken breasts, marinated in 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tsp thyme

    - 4-5 potatoes, peeled and chopped

    - 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup milk, salt, and pepper

    - Steamed broccoli (150g)

- Instructions:

    1. Pan-sear chicken (5-6 mins per side) until cooked through.

    2. Boil potatoes until tender, mash with butter, milk, and 1 minced garlic clove.

    3. Serve chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.


Course 3: Dessert

- Fresh Fruit Tart

    - 1 pre-made tart crust (23cm)

    - 1 cup pastry cream (or vanilla custard)

    - 150g mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)

    - 1 tbsp apricot jam (warmed for glaze)

- Instructions:

    1. Fill tart crust with pastry cream.

    2. Top with fruits and glaze with apricot jam.
