Day break

Planning your day for success. 1.Setting your alarm to wake up the same time everyday. 2.Do your affirmation statement. 3.Check your to do list for the day. Your to do list must have monthly, weekly and daily plans on it.
4.visualise what you did do in the past, what you going to do today and visualise your future life. That you're dreaming about. 5.Do the activities on your to do list. 6.Revision At the end of the day check your to do list and tick off all the things you did and didn't do.
